Dott. Arch. Salvatore La Spina M.Phil (Cantab)

Salvatore La Spina is a sole practitioner with an established reputation for the planning and construction of public buildings, with particular experience in the design of new buildings and the refurbishment of existing ones.
Master from the University of Cambridge, he has worked both in England and in Italy. His professional activity and experience spans over a period of twenty plus years.

Practice  Statement

The practice provides specialist skills and knowledge in architectural design and construction management, from conception through to completion. Its approach aims at optimising the building process within the frame of the Italian law, building rules and regulations, with special attention to environmental and restoration issues. 

We draw upon a wide range of research and professional experience, both in the private and the public sectors. We share the design process with our client to develop the brief together and fulfil the client’s requirements from first discussion, ideas and feasibility through direction of works to final handover. Our clients are both Italian and British.
